- Private practice - working with athletes including Olympians (swimming, hockey, paralympics), elite level ultra trail runners, triathletes from sprint distance to Ironman (age group and professionals), professional boxers, V8 and Formula 4 motor racing, adventure racers and footballers (soccer).
- Consultant Dietitian for South Australia Cricket Association, men's and women's teams (2013-2014)
- External Service Provider for South Australia Sports Institute (2014-2017)
- Co-author of the chapter on gastrointestinal issues for Clinical Sports Nutrition, a premier sports nutrition textbook in Australia and internationally
- Author of numerous articles for Runner's World, Men's Fitness, Australian Triathlete Magazine, and Trail Run magazine, both as an expert in endurnace sports nutrition and from her perspective as a distance runner
